Hi, The driver was excellent! The car hardly carried all out luggage even though i notified you for the luggages i had and also as per your request i paid extra to have a bigger car as per your suggestion, but still we were forced to sit 2 grounups and one baby with car seat at the back and it was not comfortable. Also the car seat was not for a 3 months old baby as i requested. Overall very good service and i suggest to imprive a bit the above comments as i notified you well in advance to prepare. Thank you,

All those three categories went good but the company in itself is not good.Too rigid and informatized, any change must go through a long process, no way to adress the drivers directly. Had not choice to rely on a huge multinational but definitely prefer smaller and more flexible shuttle services.

The transfers were successful and punctual. The drivers were professional and usually friendly (especially on my return trip). When I had questions, it was easier to reach someone by calling the emergency number, which I hesitated to do, but we did not get quick response by email, so sometimes it was necessary.

After a long day it was great to be met by a very friendly driver who took me to car which was a short distance from terminal. Car very clean and driver both professional and friendly and introduced me to Lux. Drove me to door of hotel and guided me into reception. Great service at a reasonable cost and will use again.
